Hi, I’m Ana, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Intern who values real connection, curiosity, and creating a space where you can truly be yourself. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and the desire for more clarity and self-trust.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic. I bring in mind-body awareness and draw from evidence-based practices like Parts and Memory Therapy, Hypnosis, Solution-Focused Therapy, and CBT. I’m especially passionate about supporting women and creating a space where cultural awareness and compassion are always present.
I earned my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and my bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of Houston. I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse individuals, couples, and families and I truly believe that healing happens in safe, honest relationships.
When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me on a yoga mat, hiking a quiet trail, reading a novel I can’t put down, or recharging by the beach. I share life with my dog, who constantly reminds me to stay present and find joy in the little things.
Thinking about starting therapy? I’d love to connect, reach out when you're ready.
Ana Bradley, M.S.
